To address this issue, we established a company Objective and Key Result (OKR) with a clear focus on finding an effective solution.
First, our team at Rocket Mortgage designed and implemented an intuitive escrow page on RocketMortgage.com, offering comprehensive information and breaking down the concept into easily understandable sections.
Additionally, we developed a dynamic escrow page within the customer account dashboard, providing real-time access to personalized escrow data associated with their homes. This user-friendly interface allowed customers to monitor and manage their escrow information without the need for direct assistance.
As a result of our customer-centric approach, we achieved remarkable success. The implementation of our solution led to a significant 40% reduction in customer service calls related to escrow inquiries.

Enhanced Entertainment Experience for The Visually Impaired
We challenge you to design creative ways to enhance the in-park experience of visually impaired guests through the use of native capabilities of an iOS or Android mobile platform plus any complementary technologies that could be deployed at attractions (i.e. beacons) or available in the park (GPS, Wi-Fi network).

USense is a mobile app that is designed to improve the Universal Studios experience for those visually impaired and hard-of-hearing. We designed our app to be used by voice command to help our users interact with ease.
